How to Pay your HOA Dues?
Paying your HOA dues is simple and convenient through our secure online system.
The preferred method of payment is through the AppFolio Owner Portal, where you can make one-time payments or set up automatic payments for added convenience. We highly recommend enrolling in e-check (ACH), which allows funds to be drafted directly from your bank account with no additional fees. For ease of use, we also suggest downloading the AppFolio mobile app (orange logo) to manage your account on the go.
You may also choose to pay by check; however, please note that mailed or bank-issued checks are subject to a $2.50 processing fee and may take additional time to post to your account. To avoid delays or potential late fees, please ensure all payments are submitted prior to the due date.
If you have not yet registered for the AppFolio portal, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to ensure seamless access to your account, payment history, and important community updates. Please note, portal access is available to owners only. If you have recently purchased your unit, your welcome packet and registration details will be provided once
the management company receives and processes the closing documentation from the title company.
